OneBlade Trademarks

The OneBlade trademark will be used and registered by Philips of the Netherlands for electric and battery-powered product categories such as shavers and trimmers, while OneBlade of the United States will use and register the trademark for non-electric razors. An agreement has been signed between the two companies to clearly demarcate the product categories.

However, in Japan, there is no clear distinction between electric and manual blades under the trademark system, so Philips has acquired the trademark rights to " OneBlade ."

In response to this situation, the two companies have also signed a new agreement in Japan.
This agreement authorizes OneBlade, Inc. of the United States and its exclusive distributor in Asia, SKY-HIGH.TB Co., Ltd. , to use the "OneBlade" trademark only in designated categories.

Based on this, no individual or company other than SKY-HIGH.TB Inc. and its authorized business partners, Philips of the Netherlands, and OneBlade of the United States may use the name "OneBlade" for commercial purposes in the shaver category.
