1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: 
These terms and any individual sale contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over our headquarters in Tokyo, Japan.

2. International Orders & Shipping: 
By placing an order, you agree to our specific Shipping Policy and Refund Policy regarding international deliveries, customs duties, and return shipping responsibilities.

3. Intellectual Property: 
All product images, logos, and the trademark "OneBlade" are the exclusive intellectual property of our company and authorized right holders. Unauthorized commercial use in Japan or any other region is strictly prohibited.
